Skillet Cookies

Trail Mix (similar to Archer Farms Monster Mix sold at Target)

small can of premium peanuts
12 oz. raisins (I use organic)
12 oz. milk chocolate/peanut butter chips
12 oz. M&Ms

Mix and share!  Trail mix is the perfect little gift for a neighbor or friend.  I just made up a batch for the front office at my boys' elementary school!  I like to give them treats because they are often forgotten on holidays and such.

Mmmmmmm I treasure recipes from special friends. Especially your Mom. I will think of your fam. when I make them. Did you hear that Elder Parente stopped by and visited Mr. Clark? I wasn't home. But I got to talk to him on the phone. It was so awesome! Can't believe how we think of them as our own sons! Any way. ENJOY FALL! Oh about the oatmeal cookies. I have a friend here that adds heath bits to her oatmeal cookies. Try it! XO,
Sharon
