Wild Card Wednesday - I need to laugh!

Okay, gals. Send me your funnies... anything your kids have recently said, good jokes you've heard, commercials you've seen, embarassing moments... I want to laugh today!

I'll start us off. One of the msn searches that actually cached my site this week was "I hate my mommy". Lol! I came up 5th in popularity. Nice. Maybe it's true, though... yesterday my daughter woke up the baby from his nap and so I sent her to her room to finish it for him. Several minutes later I see a note floating down the stairwell, hear the scuttering of feet, and a door slam. I went over and picked the note up, admiring the stickers and pretty pink writing. It said "From Adriana, Mom I am very very very very (my eyes are welling up now because I *think* I know where she is going with this) very very bord."

Your turn!

My daughter informed me the other day that she is planning on changing her name to Prudence. Yeah. Apparently the name of some girl in one of her little sister's potty training DVDs. She's pretty determined to change her name. I don't think so, sweetheart! LOL!

Cute story! My girls and I were playing with Model Magic yesterday. My 3-year old remarked, "Look at my blog". I think she was thinking blob. Maybe I have been spending to much time blogging lately.

well...i dont have a joke but i have a funny experience...this morning i went outside to water some flowers and i had a happy easter sign hanging on my front door..since easter is over.. i took it down to pack it away..so i walked in and was going to put it on my dining room table to pack away tonight... as i went to put it down, something jumped off sthe back of the sign.. onto my large pregnant stomach...it was a big ugly frog..and me and the baby screamed and jumped about 20 feet in the air...my little dog came running into the room to see what i was yelling about....i tried to get the frog outside without touching it...no such luck since chloe the dog chased it behind my wall unit in the dining room...so there is a big ugly frog wandering my house right now!
...the funniest part was probably me begging chloe the dog to get him out!

Too cute!

My youngest (3 yrs)yesterday asked me what my favorite animal was. So, I answered and asked him. He looked totally pensive and I was expecting him to say "elephant" and he says "donkey". I don't know why it made me laugh, but it did. Whose favorite animal is a donkey????

I was talking to a friend on the phone today about something, well, private. I said something to the tune of "I'm sorry, I have ears in the room." Reffering to my 5 1/2 year old. She came back and said "I am not ears and you don't have to whisper to talk about S-E-X!" Sure Honey, you are SOOO NOT EARS!!! I am glad she doesn't know what S-E-X is yet. I had better watch myself.

rofl at your dd! That is hilarious! I actually posted a "funny" about Kyle today on my blog. Maybe more gross than funny.

I've got nothing in my brain to add right now to make you laugh. But I loved her honesty! It doesn't get anymore pure than that!

My MIL always called my older step daughter her "China Doll."
She recently started calling my 4 year old the same thing.
DD came home recently from a nice visit with her mamaw and informed me that she is now mamaws "Bagina Doll"

I can relate to your msn search...someone google searched "forgiving bad mothers" and they found me :-) My 7 year old would have agreed with this bad mother label today when I wouldn't help her ride her new bike as long as she wanted me to!
