Lemonade with mint
2c sugar
1c water
a few sprigs of fresh mint
6 lemons
Bring water to a boil, and add sugar. Reduce to simmer, add mint and cover for 5 minutes. Juice lemons and combine with syrup. Add about 2 T (or to taste) of mixture to a glass of ice water. So refreshing!

Sounds fabulous!
I wish I had you here to make me some! With regular sugar off course, no artificial! If you have any type of sensitive stomach and just don't know why-start researching sorbitol, maltitol etc. I looked at the gum rack today--as far as I could tell any package that said "sugar free" had sorbitol or maltitol in it. The reason they use it in gum is so that you don't have the sugar on your teeth. It isn't that a piece of regular gum has that many calories. Good old double mint or juicy fruit!
that sounds awesome...
lemonade and mint are my two favorite things!!
