I will remember

I will remember this picture, this mess made just 3 feet from where I was sitting and feeding the baby, this mess made despite my sweet scolding and then my ferocious scolding, this mess made 5 minutes after it was cleaned up. Because one day my little girls will become mothers, and they will call me and say "Mom, you will never believe the day I have had!" And I want to be able to say back to them "Oh honey, I can believe just about anything!"

Oh my gosh!! I totally know what you mean. The other day I caught Myles putting grapes down his shirt! I cannot believe what he does when I am feeding Owen.

I am soooo excited! Are you coming out here!? We are probably going to go to Texas for Christmas but we are not sure. I want to see little Sasha too! Let me know.

Why is it that nursing is the perfect excuse for everyone else to go NUTS??? One after I finished nursing #2, I found #1 in the pantry with her shirt off. Ah good times.

LOL! It's amazing how much destruction cute lil kids can do and how quickly they do it!

Heavens to Betsy... I wish my house looked that bad (it looks worse). I should really get up off this computer chair...

Maybe later....!

I guess you could just memorize that poem about cobwebs and babies that don't keep and recite it to yourself in moments of chaos!!

Oh, please don't say that to your kids when they are grown. I HATE when my mom says that to me. And she says it often. ;)

Emily, I bet she does. ;)
And Lei...I LOVE this post!!! So funny. Yet so sad and true all at the same time.

Oooohhh. Big pile. I envision you chained to the chair screaming at them to no avail.

I should take a picture of my house right now. It would make you feel so good. Messes happen so so fast.

LOL. It seems like some sort of natural law that as soon as a room is tidied, children MUST make a huge mess :)

You are so wise to have taken a picture to document it!
