Timing is of essence in order to execute properly - as Mom is knee deep in one mess you must quickly make your move somewhere on the other side of house and outdo yourself. Ad nauseum. Be sure to make lots of noise, preferably wild animalistic giggles, so that you cannot hear her screaming for you to stop, or else.
oh my goodness, and whatever you do, don't try to clean up one mess while leaving the toddler unsupervised. That will result in an EVEN BIGGER mess and the cycle is ENDLESS. And notice that as the ripple gets bigger and bigger, your patience gets smaller and smaller?? Ah, the adventure.
