Let's hope this works

Here's a humbling picture. Lol. This would be the "posterior cervix" version of downward facing dog. Yes, Sasha has comfortably wedged herself in front of my cervix. Silly girl. I am trying to get her out of my pelvis so she can drop back in over my cervix, make a good seal and help my contractions do their job. Reading, watching movies, becoming a playscape for my children - all easily accomplished in this position. :)
Good times here!

  5. Sam was posterior cervix too. Were you told to sit and rock on the yoga ball and do pelvic tilts as well? Certainly don't do that before checking with your doula, but I think that's what mine recommended to rectify that problem...he was still posterior when he was born though.

Good luck to you. I'll be hoping for a quick and safe birth for you and your daughter.

  10. Oh, something has to come of a position that looks that uncomfortable! I can't imagine letting my boys use me as a playscape right now. I think I'd die. Then again, maybe it would speed up the baby's arrival. Huh... (Going off to contemplate that now).

    Good luck to you :)

  18. Well, I've ditched the position. m It is really is not comfortable, lol. Lettign anture take her course (and time).

Btw, thanks for all the comps on my "sofa"! Lol! It's actually a chair and a half and I am lucky enough to have it in the sitting nook of my bedroom. :) prefect spot for reading and favorite movies (and middle of the night feedings... if they ever get here).
